Come out and meet other young professionals in the Westfield/Indianapolis area who either work and/or live in Westfield. The event is free.

Join us for this month's speaker, Angela Frazier, as she discusses Public vs Private Sector: Pros and Cons. 

Angela is a Business Development Director for American Structurepoint, Inc. She acts as a liaison between the company’s technical professionals and designers and all local governments and local public service providers. Working within a designated territory of Indiana, she assists communities in achieving their desired economic development, capital improvement, and quality of life enhancements. Prior to her current role as business development director, she served in leadership roles, for the City of Westfield, in public works, Grand Park, and Westfield Welcome. Angela received both her Master of Public Management and bachelor's in Criminal Justice at Indiana University Kokomo.

Angela has a huge passion for community service and has been a volunteer in 8 local non-profits, over the past 13 years. She currently holds a board position with Hamilton County Corrections Advisory Board and FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy Alumni, a committee member for Women in Transportation, and is an Impact 100 team member. In her free time she enjoys traveling, trail running, camping, adventure racing and studying history and politics.

At our heart, the new Westfield Young Professionals Council is a networking group for young professionals under 40 in Westfield, Indiana, but we are more than just that. We offer a space for people to grow their careers, for those new to Hamilton County and Indy to make lasting friendships, for YP’s to grow themselves personally. Through this opportunity we know that YP's will become invested members of the community, looking for ways to give back to the Westfield community and each other.
