Back by popular demand, three Chambers in the Indianapolis region – Tipton County, Westfield, and Zionsville are coming together for the 2nd Annual Hoosier Chocolate Fest! The Hoosier Chocolate Fest is a ticketed event open to the public on Friday, January 27, and Saturday, January 28, 2023, and will be held at the premier event and wedding space of Greater Indianapolis, The Sixpence.

Be one of the 1,500 guests anticipated to attend this two-day event featuring a wide range of chocolaty treats. This event includes chocolate cocktails, baking demonstrations, and live music. The perfect date night experience on Valentine's Day weekend.

Tickets to this event are limited per session. We fully expect to sell out prior to the event. Early Bird tickets are on sale and will go up $10 at the event. This event is for people 21 and over only.

There is one session on Friday, January 27:

EVENING EXPERIENCE                                    7:00 – 9:00pm

There are four sessions on Saturday, January 28:

CHOCOLATE BRUNCH EXPERIENCE              10:00am – 12:00pm

EARLY AFTERNOON EXPERIENCE                  1:00 – 3:00pm

LATE AFTERNOON EXPERIENCE                     4:00 – 6:00pm

EVENING EXPERIENCE                                     7:00 – 9:00pm

TICKET PACKAGES
Tickets to this event are limited per session. We fully expect to sell out prior to the event. Ticket prices will go up by $10 on Friday, January 20.

Hoosier Darling Package - $40 per person (early bird), $50 per person (on site)

Hoosier Valentine Package - $80 per person (early bird), $90 per person (on site)

  • Includes Entry and Unlimited Chocolate Samples
  • Two glasses of wine; plus a bottle of wine to take home
  • Take home a large sampler box of chocolate (pre-packaged)
  • Cooking/Baking and Mixologist Demonstrations

EVENT POLICIES

Substituting Registration Names
Substitutions (i.e., replacing one individual with another individual for the same event) will be granted. Please provide written notice to info@hoosierchocolatefest.com at least three (3) days before the event.

Food Allergies
The HCF Planning Committee is working with vendors to provide nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. We encourage those with special food allergies to consider attending the first or second session as quantities will be limited. If there is a special need beyond those mentioned above, please reach out to the planning committee at info@hoosierchocolatefest.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot provide a guarantee.

Special Needs/Accommodations
Although HCF strives to make all events accessible to all participants, including individuals with a disability or particular need, where reasonably possible, not all special needs may be accommodated at all events. If you desire special services because of a disability or specific need, please indicate the special service(s) at the time of your registration.

Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@hoosierchocolatefest.com. Any cancellation request received fewer than five (5) business days before the event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by HCF Planning Committee for approval.

5+ Business Day Notification – 100% Refund
4 Business Day Notification – 75% Refund
2 or fewer Days Notification – 0% Refund

No-Shows
There are no refunds for paid tickets who do not attend the HCF event. No credits for future events will be extended.

Refunds
Any refund requests must be received in writing to info@hoosierchocolatefest.com within 7 days of the event for which the refund is requested. Any request received after this timeline will not be approved. Any special circumstance refund request must include supporting material documenting the circumstances necessitating the request (e.g., a note from a physician for an illness, test result, etc.).
