Join us for an enriching experience at our upcoming luncheon where both Westfield Chamber members and others in the community are invited to converge for an afternoon of meaningful connections. We are excited to welcome Mike Thibideau, President & CEO of Invest Hamilton County, to speak on The Ghosts of Westfield Workforce: Past, Present, and Yet to Come!

Since 2001, the number of jobs in Hamilton County has more than doubled, and Westfield has added more than 19,000 residents since 2020 alone. The work people do here, the skills employers pay for, and the competition for talent have changed with that growth, often in ways nobody noticed happening. In the spirit of Dickens, Mike Thibideau brings three ghosts to the Westfield Chamber. The Ghost of Workforce Past shows how 25 years quietly rewrote the jobs of Central Indiana. The Ghost of Workforce Present shows who works in Westfield today and what employers are hiring for right now. The Ghost of Workforce Yet to Come looks at what's headed for Westfield businesses, and at what you can still change. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your talent market than your competitors have, and a first look at a new tool built to help Hamilton County employers act on it. Come have fun, lean into the data, and dive into the market around you.
